A city carnival is set for May 11-13 at Lake Center Athletic Park. The carnival will be from 5 p.m. to midnight, May 11; 11 a.m. to midnight, May 12; and noon to 10 p.m., May 13. The parade will be held at 11 a.m. May 12, beginning at the Neighborhood Center. It will travel down Orr & Day Road and conclude at Lake Center Athletic Park.
